ProParent is a mobile application provided by EDUBest Technologies under a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. The app is designed exclusively for parents and guardians to view and monitor their child’s academic and school-related information.
Using the ProParent App, parents can access student attendance, academic progress, examination results, homework/diary, fee details, notifications, announcements, and other school-shared information.
There is no public sign-up available in the app. All parent accounts are created, verified, and managed by the respective school administration through the EDUBest Web Application.

User authentication is handled securely through credentials issued by the school. Parents can only access information related to their own children. EDUBest does not allow anonymous access, social login, or self-registration.
The ProParent App does not require camera or location access for its core functionality. Any optional permission requested by the operating system is used strictly for app functionality (such as notifications) and not for tracking purposes.
Attendance, results, and academic records displayed in the app are entered and maintained by the school administration or teaching staff. ProParent only displays this information securely to authorized parents.
The app may send push notifications related to attendance updates, homework, results, fee reminders, announcements, or important school messages. These notifications are informational only and not used for advertising.
In case of application errors or crashes, we may collect limited technical data such as device type, operating system version, IP address, date/time of error, and basic logs. This data is used strictly for troubleshooting and improving app stability.

Student and parent data is retained only while the school remains an active EDUBest client. Upon service termination or official request, all data is securely deleted as per contractual obligations.
