ProCampus is a mobile application provided by EDUBest Technologies under a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. The app is designed exclusively for Directors, Principals, Head Teachers, Teachers, and authorized school administrative staff to manage and monitor academic and administrative operations.
Using the ProCampus App, authorized staff can manage attendance, diary/homework, examinations, leave approvals, complaints, administrative alerts, and push notifications.
There is no public sign-up available in the app. All user accounts are created, verified, and managed by the respective school administration through the EDUBest Web Application.

We collect only the information necessary to provide secure access and enable school administration functionalities. All information is provided and managed by the school administration through the EDUBest School Management System.
Types of Information Collected:The ProCampus App does not collect biometric data, real-time location tracking, microphone recordings, or unnecessary personal information.
Authentication is handled securely using credentials issued by the school. Access rights are strictly role-based and controlled by the school administration. Anonymous access, social login, and self-registration are not permitted.
Authorized users can create, update, and manage attendance records, diary entries, examination data, leave approvals, complaints, and administrative alerts. Data visibility and modification rights are restricted according to assigned roles.
The app may send push notifications related to attendance updates, diary entries, examination schedules, leave requests, complaint updates, and important administrative messages. These notifications are operational and not used for advertising.
The ProCampus App does not require camera or real-time location access for core functionality. Any optional system permissions are used strictly for app functionality such as notifications.
In case of errors or crashes, limited technical data such as device type, OS version, IP address, timestamp, and diagnostic logs may be collected for troubleshooting and system improvement.
